Boys Varsity Swimming, Girls Varsity Swimming · Swim – Region Meet & New School Records

Region Championship Meet 2020-21

Our Region Championship Meet was last Friday.  We had a great meet.  Most of our swimmers dropped time in their events, marking new personal records for them.  Several members of the team took home medals too. Our boys finished 4th just behind Syracuse and our Girls took 3rd just 3 points ahead of Syracuse.

New LHS Swim Records

But the biggest news is that our boys medley relay team broke the school record.  This record has been around since 1993.  Dylan Parsons, Elias Witte, Jakob Langenbacher and Trevor Arnes smashed it with a time of 1:42.80.  The previous record was 1:43.03.

Trevor Arnes broke the school record for the 100 Yard Butterfly at Regions.  He held the record from last year at 54.18.  The new time is 53:72
